Definitely interesting. I doubt this comic would be as good as the film franchise, but it does look good. Would be interesting to see a younger, unexperienced Mcclane, and how he met his wife too.

Oh hell, yes. Big DIE HARD fan, big NYC fan, big comics fan. Hopefully the art of the series will match the look of the “Cover B” design (well done, Jock!). This is what’s kept me from enjoying the recent Graham Crackers GHOSTBUSTERS and Arcana’s THE GREATEST AMERICAN HERO adaptations — the less-than-stellar art. I wanted to love them, but the images just don’t work.

I’d actually be interested in a LETHAL WEAPON: YEAR ONE, as well. Weren’t both Riggs and Murtaugh in Vietnam? We know Murtaugh was in the Army with Michael Hunsaker, anyway. And Riggs had “heard about those pussies” in McCallister’s Shadow Company… Maybe it ends with Martin joining the LAPD and meeting Victoria-Lynn. Hmmmm…

Holy shit! My favorite movie of all time crosses over to my other favorite medium of entertainment! This completes my trilogy of favorite characters having comic books(Indy/McClane…I don’t think Batman technically counts lol).

i’d like to see some more Die Hard comics, also Lethal Weapon mini series, they can base it in the past, “unseen” adventures, between the movies, etc.

That Jennifer’s Body poster has been out for awhile … both it and the True Blood promo posters came out at last year’s SDCC, I believe (I remember seeing the True Blood one a lot that week).

Wow, a Die Hard comic. It’s kind of a surprise that no one ever tried to do it before. I also like the idea of attaching it to the ’76 celebration. The timeline should work since it does say that he’s a rookie cop. Interesting stuff.
