Right now my store will gouge me by upping the cover price based on some outdated exchange model and charge about $3.65, so I did quite enjoy paying $3 for a very short while... Anyways, point being that I never liked paying $4 for a comic, but it was always worth it for the great stuff (Alias, Runaways, etc). This brings a $3.99 book down to $2.79 which makes it much easier to justify the increase to my wallet. If it wasn't for that 30% I'd seriously be cutting back on my weekly pulls and be waiting on the trades for a lot of titles.
