I believe he is making the distinction between himself and Wizard in case Wizard goes bankrupt. He would still own a property or two, plus the conventions. All this appears to be legal, IMHO, but I am ill at ease about it.</description>

It&#039;s worth noting that &lt;i&gt;FunFare&lt;/i&gt; magazine, too, is from Shamus, and not Wizard Entertainment (though announced on the company&#039;s site and at WizardWorld Philadelphia). He appears to be drawing a distinction between himself and the company/brand.</description>
