Conner and Tim, together again

It may have seemed a long time coming, but DC Comics this morning unveiled Francis Manapul's cover for Adventure Comics #3, which reunites best friends Conner (Superboy) Kent and Tim (now Red Robin) Drake. When last I checked in on their relationship, the Teen Wonder was obsessively trying to resurrect the then-dead Kon-El.
Hopefully, the smiles on this cover signal less dark and twisted times for the duo.

Wow! My jaw hurts from hitting the floor... Nice to see Tim getting some RR time in other titles.

I'd pay for Adventure Comics to become a team-up comic between Conner and Tim. Honest.
On another note, congrats Geoff for not going the predictable route and distancing Conner from his old life. The idea of actually having him go out and meet his old friends actually makes me more interested in this title than I would've been if you'd been all, "Superboy mopes over his dual heritage again!"

This actually made me smile. I really like Superboy and his friendship with Tim was also a big part of that. Hopefully Conner can snap Tim out of his grim 'n' gritty phase.
Also, I hope they never change Conner's "costume." I love it.
