Cisco -- the site just wasn't the same after MCB producer Sam Humphries was let go from MySpace in their first round of layoffs earlier this year. MCB was a passion project for Sam, which really showed. His replacement tried his best, but he didn't have the same passion for comics that Sam had.

Sorry to see it go, but I've been expecting this.

I would be more disappointed, but the site has been treading water for a while now without any updates. With so many great sources of comic information, I'm hopeful everyone involved will find work elsewhere.

Could this also be why Joey Q moved Cup O' Joe to CBR? It was hosted on Myspace after it left Newsarama right? I never checked it on Myspace so I don't know if it was still being updated regularly or not.

Doesn't CBR have a contact over there from when they agreed to and set up the news feed? (Although, he was probably let go, too.)

Outstanding! Yet another reason to leave MySpace! With less sarcasm... what the heck? Are they trying to lose members? Is that what they meant by getting back to being like a startup - having no members? Just asking.
