Please keep the name shelf porn. Also this collection is pretty weak. My closet next to my comic room has more stuff. I’m not 20 and I don’t live in the space deprived hell-hole that is NYC. I’m sure there are some mongo colllections out there. Let’s see those. Most of my stuff is not on display but if rows of white long boxes gets you off I’ve got some major shelf porn for you.

As far as real Batman shelf porn where is the Dark Knight Returns S&N hardcover, Batman 30′s to the 70′s HC, and the Greatest Batman and Joker Stories Ever Told HCs. When all your best Batman stuff is still available from amazon.com it’s not really drool worthy. Also displaying Batman Hush just kind of ruins the mood for me.

I really want to see a huge over the top WildC.A.T.S. collection. Sad, crazy, pathetic and wonderful all at once. Original cell animation from the crappy cartoon, alternate covers signed by Brandon Choi, original art, all the lousy toys; the multiple printings of the Alan Moore issues in TPBs, I want to see someone who has it all.

I like the idea of the feature, as it always fun to see how other’s display their prized collectibles, but the term “shelf porn” has GOT to go. It is stupid. Change the title.

I agree that the name Shelf Porn should be changed.
I dont find it offensive myself, but it would be inappropriate if some 14 year old was the featured collector.

I might participate if I were not too lazy to swiffer my bookcases. So maybe next year haha
