I'm about halfway through Digger, and it's great! And I'm one of those strange cases who actually pre-order interesting-looking oddities in the back pages of Diamond Previews. That's how I got Digger. It's been sitting around in my many stacks of need-to-read-these-soon in my study.

I read T-Minus by Jim Ottaviani (illustrated by Zander Cannon and Kevin Cannon) earlier this week - it's published by Simon & Schuster and aimed at the school market, it's a very readable, short history of the US/USSR space race, ending with the Apollo 11 astronauts walking on the Moon. I want all elementary, middle/junior high and high schools to get this book NOW.
