MTV’s Splash Page spoke with Joe Kelly about writing the character again as he guests stars with Spider-Man, and revealed this cover to Amazing Spider-Man #611 by Skottie Young:

S’okay, Joe Kelly writing Deadpool makes many people happy.
Frickin’ love the Young cover. The Bond pastiche is fun, but that second one is gold.

Great minds think alike
Screw “Wolverine Appreciation Month,” Marvel should have one month where Scottie Young does all the covers! That would get me to give other titles a second look, moreso than “Wolverine’s Playing Poker” and the like.
