		<description>Wow, they needed a task force to tell them that an expansion was a good idea?  I think everyone KNEW it was a good idea, but when it comes to close to a billion dollars in spending for a project like this, you need something super duper official to point to in order to get the spending, but most everyone who&#039;s familiar with the San Diego convention business knew this was an absolute necessity.</description>
