Power Girl, Secret Six, and surprisingly Doom Patrol (I loved Morrison's back when and had low expectations) are the best reads at DC now.

I assume that the Johnny DC titles were intentionally excluded as being outside the main continuity. However, Tiny Titans (which my 3 year old loves) and Batman: TB&TB are both fairly accessible, done-in-one titles.

Of course, a new reader could pick up Flash: Rebirth #1-4 and pretty much be up to speed on what's going on with that entire cast of characters and carry on with #5 next week. We even find out the origin of Barry's bow tie.

Interesting piece there, Tom. Not much to argue with, though I'd argue that the new Batgirl series is at least as reader friendly as Detective Comics with Batwoman - this week's #4 is actually a great hopping-on point, as Steph finally has her own costume and the aid of Oracle.
