Commissioned Pieces from HeroesCon

My head is still a jumbled mess from the massive amount of information, entertainment, panels and Evan Dorkin’s wit that I experienced at this year’s HeroesCon. You’ll see my con report in a few days, but in the meantime, here are some pieces I commissioned . Don’t ask me to pick a favorite, as I equally enjoy each of them for different reasons. My thanks to Dean Trippe, Chris Giarrusso, Roger Langridge and Tom Fowler for their great pieces.

Is that Vision’s current costume or did Trippe re-work it? Because it looks…good.

Hey Tim,

It was great meeting you at Heroes. These pieces are terrific! I really like Dean’s, but he’s a buddy, so I may be biased. If you’re in Baltimore, hit me up, and I’d be happy to do a commission for you. If you’re interested, that is! Talk to you soon!

Best,
Rich

Fanboy D–I did not give Dean any reference to work from, so while not wishing to speak for Dean–I would say he re-worked it–much to my delight.

Rich–it was great to meet you as well. Having enjoyed Ostrander’s brief run (pun intended) on Quicksilver it was great to meet another part of that creative team. Unfortunately while Baltimore is a favorite con of mine, it’s not in the O’Shea budget for this year. Keep me posted on what you and John Gallagher have in the creative pipeline.
