SDCC | Marvel offers another 99-cent Marvel Unlimited deal

marvel unlimited2

If you’ve wanted to explore Marvel’s massive digital archive, now’s your chance: For the next week, in celebration of Comic-Con International, 99 cents will get you a month-long subscription to Marvel Unlimited and its online collection of more than 15,000 classic and newer comics, dating from the Golden Age to about six months ago.

The publisher offered a similar deal in March for South by Southwest; a monthly membership normally costs $9.99, while a basic annual subscription is $69.

Wired.com notes that while most of the offerings are straightforward digital versions of print comics, Marvel Unlimited also provides access to titles created specifically for the digital format, like Marvel’s Infinite Comics.

You can take advantage of the deal here; use promo code “SDCC14.”

“That page isn’t redirected properly.”

Oy.

Yeah and it broke the site. Thumbs down, Marvel. Thumbs down.

Redirect loops in all my browsers on my desktop and android phone. Chrome, Firefox, Safari. Def not a prob on my end I have concluded.

Oh good, it’s not just me.

Finally got through, and registered, but the android app is just useless. Crashed a dozen times in the first hour. Took forever to load comics, and then would log me out of my account between page turns. Eek, just really awful infrastructure and app here, as well as it being nearly impossible to cancel my account as the website keeps getting errors. Boo.

Can’t create my account. I get the same error over and over.
