Stan Lee, who bought a new house earlier this year off the Sunset Strip, has put his former Hollywood Hills home on the market for $4.9 million. There’s a life-size Spider-Man statue in the entryway, but it’s unclear whether it comes with the place.

Page Six notes the legendary writer and editor bought the 4,963-square-foot home in 2012 for $3.4 million, so he stands to make a tidy profit on the property, which is located in the prestigious Bird Streets community.

In November, the 93-year-old Lee sold a vacant lot in the Hollywood Hills for $2.8 million, 22 percent less than what he paid for it. Although it was initially believed he was selling his home, Lee quickly clarified it was merely “a hunk of property.” He and his wife Joan purchased the lot in 2006 and tore down the 1945 house, planning to rebuild; they instead decided to sell it.

In addition to the Spider-Man statue, the Bird Streets home features three bedrooms and five bathrooms, a gourmet kitchen, family room, dining room and living room. The second-floor master suite boasts a fireplace, walk-in closets and marble baths.

Lee’s new pad is larger, and includes four bedrooms, seven baths, a remodeled chef’s kitchen, a “professional-grade” movie theater, den, sauna and, outside, a pool, spa and patios.
