Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment goes all out in the latest trailer for LEGO Dimensions, which sees Christopher Lloyd reprise his role as Doc Brown from Back to the Future.
It’s just one of numerous properties that will be featured as part of the upcoming “toy-to-life” game — others include DC Comics, The Lord of the Rings, Doctor Who and Jurassic World — developed by TT Games. Unlike with the popular Skylanders and Disney Infinity, players won’t purchase characters but instead LEGO sets that they’ll build into characters, vehicles and devices that can be introduced into the game with the Toy Pad.
The bad guys of the DC Universe will be thrust into the spotlight in a full-length documentary called Necessary Evil: Villains of DC Comics, narrated by legendary actor Christopher Lee.
Announced today by Warner Bros. Home Entertainment and DC Entertainment, production will begin this weekend at WonderCon in Anaheim, California, where fans are encouraged to dress as their favorite DC villain for a chance to appear in the documentary (there will also be opportunities at Comic-Con International and New York Comic Con). Filming will take place Saturday from 10:30 a.m. to noon at the DC booth (#801).
Courtesy of our friends at Dark Horse, we’re pleased to present a preview of the upcoming horror collection Boris Karloff Tales of Mystery Archives Volume 5. The archive collects stories written by Dick Wood circa 1969-1970 and includes an introduction by horror film legend Christopher Lee.
