‘Dragon Ball Z’s’ Broly unleashes hell in fantastic stop-motion short


As Dragon Ball Z‘s Saiyan of Legend, Broly’s vast powers reach far beyond the hit anime and manga, to the toybox.

Casting a  23-centimeter SH Figuarts action figure as the star, YouTuber counter656 has created a fun, and undeniably energetic, stop-motion animated short in which the massive Broly makes fast work of some Gundam robots before turning his attention to the main attraction: Super Saiyan Goku.

Now’s your chance to get Mondo Batman prints inspired by TV


You didn’t think Mondo was finished with those “75 Years of Batman” prints did you? After the first wave went on sale today, the collectible-art boutique revealed which posters will be available on Wednesday: They’re illustrations inspired by Batman ’66, Batman: The Animated Series and Batman Beyond by Jason Edmiston, Tiny Kitten Teeth, Phantom City Creative, Craig Drake, Gianmarco Magnani and Kilian Eng.

Mondo debuts limited-edition Elektra print


Mondo has unveiled a limited-edition Elektra screen print by Craig Drake, which will go on sale Thursday.

The artist is no stranger to Mondo, having created Kill Bill and Star Trek: Voyager prints for the gallery. He’s also produced work for Hero Complex Gallery and Bottleneck.

The 24-inch by 36-inch Elektra print is hand-numbered, and limited to just 275 copies. It will be available for purchase online Thursday for $50 at a time announced on the MondoNews Twitter feed. As with most Mondo prints, it will likely sell out quickly.
